Reading Man Faces Drug Charge After Hares Hill Road Incident
He was found in possession of marijuana by the Hares Hill Road bridge.
A West Reading man was charged with drug possession on Hares Hill Road last week, East Pikeland Police are reporting.
On November 21 at 1 p.m., Thomas Gochal, 47, was charged with smoking a small amount of marijuana in the parking on by the Hares Hill Road bridge.
He was processed and released pending a hearing.
