Police: Woman Taken Into Custody Following Vehicle Stop
A passenger in the vehicle had outstanding bench warrants, police said.

East Pikeland Township Police took a woman into custody following a traffic stop Saturday in the township.
Police said they stopped a vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign at 10:20 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, at the intersection of Ridge and Schuylkill roads.
Officers discovered that a passenger in the rear of the vehicle, Madelyn Anderson, had outstanding bench warrants from Norristown Police.

Anderson, 34, was taken into custody and turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies, police said.
