Santa Claus To Ride Fire Truck In Phoenixville
Fire Claus will visit nearly the entire borough during one special day this month.
PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Santa Claus is coming to tour Phoenixville on the fire truck once again.
The Phoenixville Fire Department will take Santa around the borough on Saturday, Dec. 21 starting at 8:30 a.m. and continuing until dusk.
"Santa will ride atop a fire truck, making plenty of noise as he visits the neighborhoods of Phoenixville," organizers said. "Santa and his firefighting elves will deliver candy canes to the children of Phoenixville. Santa will also have biscuits for dogs. Families should meet elves on the sidewalk or at the end of your driveway. Children may hand deliver a letter for Santa to one of Santa’s elves."

Santa will attempt to visit every street, though his "firefighting sleigh" may not be able to make it down small streets, so families are asked to meet him at cross streets.
A rain date has been set for Sunday, Dec. 22.
