Spots Running Out for Vegan Dinner at Great American Pub

Only two spots remain for Thursday night’s Organic Vegan Dinner and Education event at the Great American Pub & Hotel in Phoenixville.

According to organizer Ann Murphy’s Facebook page at New Approach Wellness, the dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and will feature a four-course meal combined with discussions about reading food labels and the basics of organic eating.

Tickets cost $35 and can be purchased online. No walk-ins will be accepted, reservations are required. The dishes planned for the meal include:

First Course
Carrot Ginger Soup with toasted coconut

Second Course
Roasted Red Beet & Brussel Sprout Salad with almonds

Entrée Course
Baked Falafel Cakes with red pepper puree & cucumber salad
