The current owner receives life tenancy of the home on the property, with an extension of five years granted to the owner's children after the current owner's passing.
- A resolution was passed approving a Department of Environmental Protection planning module for a project on Old State Road.
- Finally, the board passed an agreement to extend an amusement tax on the Expo Center at Oaks. The previous agreement ended in 2011, and the tax was extended to the end of 2012. At the end of 2012, the township wil have to decide how to adopt or readopt an amusement tax that would affect other businesses in the township.
