Candlelight Vigil For Hunger And Homelessness Sunday In Phoenixville's Reeve's Park
Phoenixville shelters and nonprofits are holding a candlelight vigil at Reeve's Park Sunday to bring awareness to hunger and homelessness.
PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A group of Phoenixville nonprofits is holding a candlelight vigil at Reeve's Park Sunday to bring awareness to hunger and homelessness.
As part of Hunger and Homelessness Awareness week, some nonprofits and shelters working in the Phoenixville area will come together on Nov. 14 at 6 p.m. in Reeves Park to remember those who struggle with food and housing insecurity and to honor the work that the community does.
"Please join us as a community in taking a pause in recognition of our neighbors who are struggling with food and shelter insecurity as well as give all of us a moment to just reflect on all that our community does to help those in need," event organizers said.
