The library is offering a class in growing and harvesting your own culinary herbs.

Add some zest to your life—and your dinners—with Northern Tier Library.
At 6:30 p.m. May 21, the library, located in Richland Township, will offer a class on growing and harvesting your own culinary herbs.
Participants will learn how to start herbs and maintain them through the growing season.

Silloo Kapadia, a Master Gardener with an interest in culinary herbs and spices, will help attendees discover how to identify, propagate, and use different herbs. Kapadia also a member of the Western Pennsylvania Unit of the Herb Society of America.
