March 27 to Remain In-Service Day for Pine-Richland Students

Kids, don’t set your alarm clocks for Wednesday, March 27.

Pine-Richland School District will continue to use that date as an in-service day for teachers—and a day off for students.

The decision was approved by district officials at Monday’s Pine-Richland School Board planning meeting. The district has important training sessions in place for teachers that day, including one on safety, a statement from the district said.

Pine-Richland canceled classes Wednesday, March 6 because of inclement weather. Students will not have to make up the snow day.
