Conshohocken Police Urge Drivers To Slow Down After Enforcement Blitz
Numerous stops were made for excessive speeding and drivers ignoring clearly posted signs in school zones.

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Police in Conshohocken are urging local drivers to slow down and to exercise caution after a numerous speeders were ticketed during a recent traffic safety enforcement blitz.
Local police partnered with Pennsylvania State Police to use radar speed enforcement to catch drivers going egregiously over the speed limit.
Specifically, the enforcement focused on Fayette Street and the active school zone.

"Our priority remains keeping our streets safe for everyone, especially children walking to and from school," police said in a statement. "We will continue working with a variety of enforcement strategies to deter dangerous driving behavior...Please slow down, stay alert, and drive responsibly, especially near schools, crosswalks, and areas with heavy pedestrian traffic."
Police reminded residents that there is a borough wide speed limit of 25 miles per hour throughout all of Conshohocke. There is also a 15 mile per hour speed limit in place in the school zone on weekdays from 8:40 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. to 3:50 p.m.
