Design Firm From Ireland Expanding In Conshohocken, Bringing 48 New Jobs
The average salary for the new jobs, including project managers, engineers and architects, is $180,000, officials said.
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A Irish-based corporation will expand its operations in Montgomery County, bringing 48 new jobs to the local community.
PM Group, a design and construction firm, says they will invest $495,000 to grow the company's Conshohocken location.
The facility, located on 300 Barr Harbor Drive in the Life Sciences Design Center, will also retain all of its existing positions.

Officials said the average annual wage for the new positions, which will include project managers, engineers and architects, is $180,000.
“We’re thrilled that a global powerhouse like the PM Group has chosen to expand in Pennsylvania,” said Pennsylvania Department of Community Economic Development Secretary Rick Siger. “This is yet another project that further strengthens the robust life sciences ecosystem in Southeastern PA, which is one of the key industries of focus in our 10-year Economic Development Strategy. We will continue to be laser-focused on bringing more international investments like these to the Commonwealth.”

PM Group will be funded by a $100,000 Pennsylvania First grant and a $50,000 Webnet PA grant, each of which will help train workers.
Siger was one of several Pennsylvania officials who traveled to Ireland to promote international business investment. A total of 382 Irish companies have their base of operations in Pennsylvania, the state says.
