Mildred D. Bianco, Worked in Conshohocken
Bianco, formerly of West Conshohocken worked at the Worsted Mills in Conshohocken and volunteered at several churches.

Mildred D. Bianco, of Norristown, formerly of West Conshochoken, died June 7 at her daughter’s home. She was 86.
Born in Swedesburg, she was the daughter of the late Julius and Anna (Matusek) Hiavac. She attended Our Mother of Sorrows School in Bridgeport.

Prior to getting married at 18, she worked at the Worsted Mills in Conshohocken. She was a member of Out Mother of Sorrows Church in Bridgeport, St. Patrick Church in Norristown and St. Gertrude Church in West Conshohocken. Bianco enjoyed volunteering at many churches and for Meals on Wheels and the Norristown SAAC.
Bianco is survived by three children John A. Bianco Jr. of West Melbourne, Fla., Linda M. Brasberger of Wilmington, Del., and James J. Bianco of Wilmington, Del.; five grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a baby daughter Dolores Bianco, siblings Frank, Margaret, Mary, Anna, her companion Thomas Sotera, and a daughter-in-law Grace Bianco.

A funeral Mass was held June 12 at St. Elizabeth Church. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken.
