New Sushi, Noodle Restaurant To Open In Conshohocken
The owners of local institution Guppy's Good Times are expanding the growing Conshy dining scene.
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A new Asian noodle and sushi restaurant from the owners of local institution Guppy's Good Times will open in Conshohocken this month.
The new Kaede Sushi and Noodle Co., located on 2 Maple Street, is set for a grand opening on Oct. 15.
"Kaede’s menu includes a variety of sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls, modern takes on classic stir-fried noodles, and a curated sampling of appetizers," a spokesperson for the restaurant told Patch. "Every dish is made with hand-selected ingredients to guarantee the freshest, highest quality flavors that stay true to classic Asian-fusion cuisine while adding a unique, contemporary flair."

The eatery is located in a private setting on the second floor of the building.
It will also feature a variety of original cocktails, sake, and wine.

Rick and Gale Mahoney, owners of Guppy's Good Times as well as Tony and Joe's and the old Pizza Time, are Conshohocken natives looking to expand the area's dining scene.
"We have always loved the close-knit community infused with the creative energy that defines this one-of-a-kind town,” Gale Mahoney said. “We can’t wait to bring Kaede to the local dining scene, to offer an authentic Asian-fusion dining experience that is fun, affordable, and, most importantly, delicious."
The restaurant features nine. tables plus a six-seat sushi bar.
They welcome walk-in customers but recommend reservations for parties of six or more. Call 610-897-8330 to reserve a table.
