Real Estate Company Opens Massive New Headquarters In Conshohocken

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A national real estate firm specializing in multifamily apartments opened its new headquarters in Conshohocken this week.

The new center of operations for Morgan Properties is at the Millennium Complex, located on 225 Washington Street and 20 Ash Street.

The 70,100-square-foot office space will house over 200 corporate employees, a significant growth over the company's previous headquarters within the Kingswood Apartments and Townhomes in King of Prussia.

The company says their new HQ "fosters collaboration, attracts top talent, and enhances productivity" with advanced amenities like tech-enabled meeting rooms and training facilities.

It also boasts a contemporary dining area, recreational areas, a fitness center, outdoor spaces, a 9,500-square-foot event space, parking, and walking access to the Schuylkill River Trail.

The company, which bills itself as one of the fastest growing in the Philadelphia area, was founded in 1985.
