Whitemarsh Township Police are looking for a man they say flashed an 80-year-old Whitemarsh Boat Club member.
According to police, a white man in his 20s with “blond-ish” hair, last seen wearing a white shirt and black pants, flashed his genitals to a female boat club member. The incident happened June 5 shortly before 9:45 a.m. as the woman was rowing near the 12th mile marker of the river. Police said the man was on the Whitemarsh side of the river, along the bike path.

Police canvassed the scene, but didn’t find anyone; they will continue to monitor the area.
