A Lower Macugnie man accused of punching a Pottstown man in a fit of road rage has been acquitted of the charges, according to LehighValleyLive.com.
Authorities charged Justin E. Schurawlow, 30, of Lower Macugnie, with harassment after he was accused of punching Pottstown man William S. Bullen, 30. The incident was said to have occurred on May 3 at 6 p.m. around Route 100 and Route 29 in Upper Milford in Lehigh county.
At a summary trial with District Judge Donna Butler, Schurawlow was found not to be guilty.
