Pottstown's National Night Out (NNO) was celebrated at the Chestnut Street Park tonight with games, refreshments, police officers, and a visit from State Rep. Mark Painter and his staff.
NNO, celebrated around the country, is a time to bring communities together to have fun and stay safe.
"The purpose of National Night Out is a community coming together about crime and we want to be a part of that," said Officer Fisher of the Pottstown police department.
Visitors bobbed on a moon bounce, snacked on refreshments, and visited tables from local organizations like the Tri-county Area YWCA.
