Welkinweir Participates in National Public Gardens Day

This Friday is National Public Gardens Day, a day to "raise awareness of America’s public gardens and their important role in promoting environmental stewardship and awareness, plant and water conservation, and education in communities nationwide," according to organization's website.

Locally, Welkinweir, located at 1368 Prizer Rd. in Pottstown, is participating in National Public Gardens Day, with Friday being the kick off to their Mother's Day weekend activities.
