The building is located at 916 Eagle Road, according to Greg Prichard of the Radnor Historical Society. It had been carriage house for the J.W. Morrison family, whose home stands next door at 425 Chestnut Lane. 916 Eagle Road will be discussed at the June Radnor Township HARB meeting, as the current owners are proposing the "addition of a new family room off the rear elevation with a new master bedroom and bathroom above."
