Car Break-In Suspect Taken Into Custody: Radnor Police
In addition to charges being filed in Radnor, authorities in Lower Merion Township charged the man with burglary and related crimes.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Radnor Police said a New Jersey man has been taken into custody in connection with recent vehicle break-ins throughout the township.
David Williams-Stewart, 33, of Beverly, New Jersey, has been charged with 42 counts of various crimes, including felony receiving stolen property, felony theft from a motor vehicle, felony theft by unlawful taking, and loitering and prowling at night, court records show.
Radnor Police said the vehicle break-ins happened between Sept. 11 and Sept. 13.

Williams was taken into custody by the Bridgeport Borough Police Department and remanded to Montgomery County Correctional Facility, police said.
Police in Bridgeport Thursday morning said officers took a man into custody in connection with several vehicle break-ins that occurred overnight. On the man, who Bridgeport police did not identify, officers found a child's iPad, several pairs of shoes, a large coin collection, about 10 credit cards, a Guess diaper bag, several different brands of sunglasses, and various amounts of cash and coins.

Court records show Williams was charged with felony burglary, felony forgery, felony identity theft, felony receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at night, attempted theft from a motor vehicle, and more by Lower Merion Township Police. Documents show the offense date at Sept. 13.
Lower Merion Police reported a residential burglary in Bryn Mawr in the early morning hours of Sept. 13.
According to Radnor Police, Williams was identified by a social media user who saw the department's post about a suspect in the vehicle break-ins.
"We are grateful for the public’s assistance in this investigation," police said.
