Di Bruno Bros. Introduces the Winter Pesto Hoagie In Wayne

The winter hoagie is available today through Friday, Feb. 9 in

WAYNE, PA —Di Bruno Bros. introduced a winter pesto turkey hoagie developed by Chef Jen Carroll, a finalist on the James Beard award-winning television show Top Chef.

The sandwich features fresh roasted turkey, duck prosciutto, winter pesto, 12-year-old Parmigiano Reggiano, crunchy house-made potato chips, roasted peppers, and olive oil.

The hoagie is available until Feb. 9 at Di Bruno Bros., 385 W. Lancaster Ave., Wayne.

The proceeds from the sale of the hoagies will benefit Benefit Sisterly Love Collective, a Philadelphia-based non-profit that aims to support, mentor, and empower women in the culinary industry.

The new hoagie is also available at Di Bruno'a other locations including Rittenhouse Square, 1730 Chestnut St.; Philadelphia: Italian Market, 930 S. 9th St., Philadelphia, The Franklin, 834 Chestnut St., Philadelphia; and Ardmore Farmers Market, 120 Coulter Ave., Ardmore.
