Downed Trees, Wires Close Radnor Township Roads

Roads that have since opened are the 700 block of Newtown Road, the area of 730 Sproul Road, and the area of 418 Chestnut Lane.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Windy weather has closed some Radnor Township roads due to downed wires and trees, officials said Tuesday.

Closed are Pembroke Avenue and St David's Avenue, Roberts Road between Darby Paoli and Sproul roads, and the 100 block of Bloomingdale Avenue.

Drivers are urged to avoid the area and use caution when driving Tuesday.

There is no word on when these roads will reopen.
