John Osborne Holds His Treasurer Seat

Republican incumbent Treasurer John Osborne was re-elected to his third term in Radnor Township on Tuesday.

According to unofficial numbers, he defeated Democratic challenger Bill Spingler, Radnor's Third Ward commissioner, by a margin of 3377 to 2680 votes.
