LGBTQ+ Health Information Session Planned In Radnor

Topics of the upcoming event included PrEP, STIs, mental health, unique health needs of transgender and non-binary people, and more.

WAYNE, PA — The LGBTQ+ community are invited to an upcoming event in Radnor that will focus on various health factors among its members.

The community health information session will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, March 18, in the Radnorshire Room of the Radnor Township Administration Building.

Topics will include the unique health needs for transgender and non-binary people, pre-exposure prophylaxis, mental health needs specific to the community, commons sexually transmitted infections, and supporting LGBTQ+ adolescents.

The panel will feature Main Line Health's Director of LGBTQ Services Dane Menkin, Main Line Health Senior Vice President Dr. Donald Klingen, Main Line Health Child Psychologist Julian Malys-Gordon, and Radnor Township Board of Health Chairperson Alex Yannopoulus.

The event is free and open to the public.
