Mediterranean on its Way in Wayne

The sign outside of 372 West Lancaster Avenue in Wayne reads that the Hogfish bar and Grill is open, but passers-by can see that a major renovation is in place.

Just in time for the return of everyone from their summer vacations, Carmel Café is aiming for a September opening, one of its partners told Radnor Patch this week.

The Mediterranean cuisine and wine restaurant will be the restaurant’s fifth location and first one outside of Florida, where it was established.
