New Parking Lot Open In Downtown Wayne
Radnor Township officials said the new parking lot is pay by plate, not pay by space, and that method will be implemented town-wide in 2026.
WAYNE, PA — Downtown Wayne has a new parking lot available for visitors.
Radnor Township officials opened the new lot West Avenue Monday.
The new lot has 108 spots and payment can be made by using a kiosk, or the Park Mobile app.

Payment for parking will ask for license plate numbers instead of a numbered parking spaces.
Radnor officials said the Radnor Parking Auxiliary heard community members asking for pay by plate rather than space and implemented that change. Officials said by 2026 all township parking lots will implement parking by license plate.

The new lot features a modern design aesthetic including new plantings, blacktop, and lighting, as well as direct sidewalk access to Downtown Wayne.
Officials said the current Bellevue Parking Lot on Lancaster Avenue near Boyd’s is now closed to the public and is under construction as it will soon become 60 West, a 45-unit residential space including underground parking.
