Numerous Radnor Roads Closed By Storm Damage
More than 3,500 PECO customers in Radnor Township do not have power as of 1:53 p.m. Friday after Thursday's powerful storms.
RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Numerous roads in Radnor Township are closed Friday morning due to damage from storms Thursday.
As of 7 a.m. Friday, the following roads are closed, according to officials:
- East Lancaster Avenue and Garrett Avenue — tree and wires down
- Conestoga Road and Hardwick Lane — tree on wires
- Unit block of Aberdeen Terrace — tree on wires
- Sproul Road and Godfrey Road — wires down in area
- South Ithan Avenue and Barclay Road — multiple trees and wires down
- Darby Paoli and Godfrey Road — tree and wires down
- Upper Gulph Road and Biddulph Road — tree and wires down
- Gulph Creek Road and County Line Road — tree and wires down
- Newtown Road and Darby Paoli Road — tree and wires down
- Chamounix Road and Fenimore Lane (Partially Open) — tree and wires down
- 900 block of Wooton Road — wires and Transformer down
- Drexel Lane — tree and wires down
- Atlee Road (Partially Open) — tree and pole down
- 300 block of Morris Road (Partially Open) — tree on Wires
- Darby Paoli Road at the Entrance to Skunk Hollow — wires down
- Unit block of Wistar Road — tree and wires down
- 3oo block of Oak Terrace — tree and wires down
- Conestoga Road & Montrose Avenue (Partially Open) — tree and wires down
- Upper Gulph Road & King of Prussia Road — pole and wires down
Drivers are urged to use caution and exercise patience when traveling Friday, Radnor Police said.

While these roads are still closed, officials said Public Works crews worked throughout the night to clear other streets affected by storm damage.

According to PECO, 3,618 customers in Radnor do not have power as of 1:53 p.m.
Radnor Township has opened a cooling and device charging station in the Radnor Township Municipal Building. It will be open until 4 p.m. Call Radnor Police at 610-688-5600 before arriving to the building.
In Delaware County, 32,564 PECO customers are without power.
