“Peeping Tom” Arrested For The Second Time In Radnor: Police

RADNOR, PA — Radnor police arrested a 34-year-old man for peering into windows on July 5 of a first-floor apartment in the 400 block of Morris Road.

Police said Friday it was the second time Daniel Razionale of Ardmore was accused of prowling in Radnor Township.

Daniel Razionale is free on $10,000 bail awaiting trial on charges of loitering and prowling at night.

According to Radnor police, officers were called to the area for a report of a suspicious person reported looking into the windows of an apartment complex.

The victim reported seeing a man, later identified as Razionale, around 8 p.m. walking in the area and looking into first-floor apartments, police said.

Then, at about 11 p.m., the victim saw the man looking into their apartment window, which prompted them to dial 911.

Court records show Razionale previously pleaded guilty to loitering and prowling at night and defiant trespassing in 2021 after being charged in 2020 for a similar incident in the Bryn Mawr section of the township.

In that case, he was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to undergo a psychosexual evaluation.

Police said they believe other people may have been victimized by Razionale.
