An Amtrak train struck and killed a person near the Devon station on SEPTA’s Paoli/Thorndale Line Wednesday night, according to Philly.com.
The incident forced the suspension of service along the SEPTA line between 7 p.m. and 8:40 p.m., with residual 30-minute delays for passengers throughout the evening.
According to the report, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
