Police Log: Radnor Police Report Crimes From April 1-9

Radnor police remind residents to remove valuables and lock car doors when parking in the township.

RADNOR, PA — Radnor police responded to several thefts from unlocked vehicles, residential burglaries, and retail thefts throughout the township from April 1-9.

Township police said they received numerous complaints from residents about theft from unlocked vehicles between 1 and 2 a.m. on Saturday, April 1.

The incident occurred along streets crossing Sproul Road including Woodstock, Spring Mill and Camp Woods roads; Comrie Drive, and Vassar Circle.

Residents are reminded to ensure valuables are removed from their vehicles and the doors are locked.

These crimes were also reported:

  • Residential Burglaries: On Sunday, April 9, police were notified at 8:23 a.m. of two residential burglaries in the 700 block of Woodea Road.
  • Theft: On Thursday, April 6, at 8:45 p.m. store employees at T.J. Maxx store, 555 E. Lancaster Avenue reported a smash and grab occurred.
  • Theft of Storage Unit: A resident of Crestwood Apartments, 421 E. Lancaster Ave., reported on April 6 that everything in the storage locker was removed between January 2023 and March 27.
  • Auto Theft: On Thursday, April 6, a resident of the 4000 block of Boxwood Road reported at 8:35 a.m. that their vehicle was stolen.
  • Retail Theft: On Tuesday, April 4 a security employee at T.J. Maxx Store, 55 E. Lancaster Ave., reported a retail theft at 8:38 p.m.
