Preparing for the Zombie Apocalypse, Multi-Family Yard Sale in the Week Ahead

1. The Radnor Township Board of Commissioners' Open Space Committee will hold its next meeting on Monday, July 29 at 6 p.m. in the Powys Room of the Township Building, 301 Iven Avenue in Wayne.

2. For kids grades 6 and up, learn "How to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse" at the Radnor Memorial Library's Winsor Room at 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 1.

3. Have lunch or dinner at Landmark Americana, and 25 percent of your check (including alcoholic beverages) will be donated to Pals For Life on Tuesday, July 30. You must present a coupon to your server; to receive one email Paula@palsforlife.org or call 610/687-1101.

4. A large multi-family yard sale will be held Saturday, August 3 at Valley Forge Military Academy & College, 1057 Eagle Rd. Gate E-6 in Wayne. The sale will take place from 7 a.m. until noon.

5. iRead Book and Tech Club for Middle Schoolers - Read the book and then get technical utilizing the DCLS IPad lab on July 29 at 7 p.m. It is open to grades 6 to 8. Registration required by phone, online, or in person.
