The suspect, wearing dark clothing and a baseball cap, ordered the homeowner to get inside, but she ran to a neighbor’s home and dialed 911. Witnesses told police that the man believed to be Heckman ran off with a blue suitcase in the direction of the SEPTA Garrett Hill Station. Footage released by Radnor police show the suspect on board the train.

Police say Heckman smashed out a front door window to get into the home, where he used one of the victim’s suitcases to steal jewelry, cash and an electronic item.
