Radnor Township Fitness Classes Start Next Week To Help You Build Strength, Endurance
Radnor Township Recreation is bringing 8-week fitness classes for residents and non-residents, with no equipment.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — The Radnor Township Recreation and Community Programming Department has planned no-equipment fitness classes for fall that start soon for both residents and non-residents of the Township.
HIIT Fitness Classes will be held as running-based boot camp with no equipment, the Department explained. Expect intervals of bodyweight exercises like squats, planks, push-ups, sit-ups, crab walks, and power jumps.
The purpose of this class is to increase strength, endurance, and overall fitness while having fun outdoors with the morning air. Every class will have incorporated walking, jogging, and running around the path and turf for varied distances or lengths of time.
