Summer Cocktail Recipes from Glenmorgan in Radnor

It's almost summer, but there's no reason not to try some new summer drinks right now.

Radnor Patch reached out to a number of local bars and restaurants asking them to share their best cocktail recipes with our readers. You can attempt to recreate them youself, and if you don't want to, you know where to find them.

Glenmorgan in the Radnor Hotel in Radnor shared two of its signature cocktails: the Raspberry Julep Old Fashion and the Rosemary Refresher.

Raspberry Julep Old Fashion

1 ½ oz. Maker’s Mark Bourbon

Mint Leaves

Raspberries

Sugar

Club Soda

In a rocks glass, muddle 6 mint leaves, 4 raspberries, ½ packet of sugar a dash of bitters and a splash of club soda.  Fill glass with ice.  Add bourbon and fill with club soda.

Rosemary Refresher

1 ½ oz. Patron

1 ½ oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice

½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

¾ oz. Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup

Rosemary Sprig

Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin with ice.  Shake and pour into a rocks glass.  Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
