Villanova Move-In Activities Begin Wednesday, More Traffic Expected
Radnor Township Police are alerting the public to an influx of vehicular and pedestrian traffic as Villanova student move in for the year.

VILLANOVA, PA — Residents, visitors, drivers, and anyone else in the Villanova University area will see an increase in activity this week, as student begin to move in to the school for the 2025-26 academic year.
Move-in activities for the university begin Wednesday, Radnor Township Police said.
These activities are set to last through Sunday.

Authorities are alerting the public to the influx of vehicles and people in the area to keep everyone nearby safe.
Officials said Ithan Avenue will be closed between County Line Road and Aldwyn Lane from about 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Increased vehicular and pedestrian traffic is expected around the school.
Police said several other student events planned through Sunday.
Drivers should please prepare for increased traffic or consider using an alternate route.
Radnor Police officers will be on location to help with traffic and provide safety for drivers and pedestrians before, during, and after the events. Villanova's Department of Public Safety will be working with Radnor Township to optimize traffic flow throughout the day.
