Wayne Art Center Celebrating 30 Years Of CraftForms Exhibition

CraftForms will be showing Saturday through Jan. 24, 2026, in the Davenport Gallery​ at Wayne Art Center.

The exhibition features work created by 102 artists from 31 states and four countries, including Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Switzerland. Works include basketry, ceramics, fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, paper, and more.

WAYNE, PA — Wayne Art Center this weekend will debut its international juried exhibition of contemporary fine craft this weekend.

CraftForms will be showing Saturday through Jan. 24, 2026, in the Davenport Gallery.

This year marks three decades of the exhibition, which shows off established and emerging artists to the Wayne Art Center community and the greater Philadelphia area. The exhibition features work created by 102 artists from 31 states and four countries, including Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Switzerland. Works include basketry, ceramics, fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, paper, wearable art, wood, and 3D printing.

From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, the art center will host a preview part for CraftForms.

Craft Forms 2025 will be judged by Bruce W. Pepich. Pepich is the Founding Director Emeritus of the Racine Art Museum in Wisconsin. Since opening the museum’s Racine campus in 2003, he has grown the collection from 326 artworks to more than 14,000 pieces. He will present more than $10,000 in prize awards at the preview party Saturday, and conduct the CraftForms 2025 Juror’s Talk and Meet the Artists on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

For the 30th anniversary, Wayne Art Center is hosting Living with Craft. This special exhibition will be on display in the Ethel Sergeant Clark Smith Gallery from Saturday through Jan 24, 2026. Living with Craft will feature artworks from about 50 artists in various mediums — such as furniture, lighting, textiles, ceramics, glass, jewelry, wearable art, and sculptural objects — that represent and celebrate an aesthetic and functional role of craft in our everyday environment.

Also on display in the Vidinghoff and WAC’s Radnor Township Lobby Galleries will be Attraction
to Abstraction 2025, Wayne Art Center’s annual juried exhibition of large abstract works. Juror
Kassem Amoudi is an award-winning painter with an extensive national and international
exhibition record.

CraftForms 2025 Juror & Artists — Sunday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Living with Craft Artists Talks
Juror Bruce W. Pepich and exhibiting artists will speak about their CraftForms 2025 master artisan creations as well as the Living with Craft artists

Holiday Shopping Weekend — Dec. 12, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Dec. 13, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Dec. 14, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Shop local with over 30 craft and culinary artisans. Ceramics, glass, leather, jewelry, apparel, textiles, chocolates, honey, wines, distilled liquors and more.

Intimate French Culinary Dining — Jan. 15, 2026, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Enjoy an evening of a French classic culinary five-course meal prepared in front of guests by Patrick and Nina Gauthron accompanied by wines selected and poured by sommelier, Michael Walsh. Tickets are available online here.
