Weekend Brunch At Amada in Radnor
A new brunch menu is available at Amada on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
RADNOR, PA — James Beard Award Winning Iron Chef Jose Garces on Tuesday announced the launch of weekend brunch at Amada Radnor, 555 E. Lancaster Ave., every Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Garces said he is featuring some of his signature, award-winning dishes.
The new brunch experience will feature Por La Familia Family Style Brunch - for a $35 fixed price, that includes 3 dishes to share family style, an individual brunch entrée per person, and two side dishes to share family style.

The new brunch menu will include:
- Sangria Pancakes (Canela Whipped Cream)
- Tocino (Thick Cut Smoked Pork Belly)
- Croquetas de Jamon (Serrano Ham Croquettes)
- Gambas Al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp)
- Tortilla Espanola (Potato and Onion Omelette)
- Shakshuka (Baked Egg, Tomato Piperade)
- Torrijas (Fried French Toast, Sidra Apples, Sherry Caramel)
- Crab Benedict (Chorizo Bilbao)
Amada Radnor brunch also features a special menu for the little ones.
