ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — A teenage boy is missing, and he was last seen in Roxborough, Philadelphia Police said.

According to police, Cashmere "Cash" Brown, was last seen at 4 p.m. Saturday on the 7400 block of Keiffer Street in Roxborough.

He is 13 years old, stands 4 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds, and has a thin build, black hair, brown eyes.
