Community Rallying For Slain Roxborough Man's Family
Jordan Baxter, 38, was found dead in Roxborough last week. A GoFundMe campaign is raising money to support his children and funeral costs.

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — Community members are showing support for the family of a Roxborough man who was killed last week.
Jordan Baxter, 38, of the 800 block of Bells Mill Road, was pronounced dead at 7:07 a.m. March 19 after he was found lying on a plastic sheet between two vehicles with a gunshot wound to his head.
Now, a GoFundMe campaign is raising money for his family and to help support funeral costs.

"We are raising funds to support his children and be able to give him a proper funeral," organizers Dereck Baxter and Kayla Baxter wrote on the page.
As of Wednesday morning, more than $21,600 of the $35,000 goal has been raised.
