Councilman Jones' Office Offers Free Tax Prep

On March 22, Councilman Curtis Jones will partner with the Campaign for Working Families for FREE tax preparation for those who are income eligible ($51,000 and below income annually) in his Roxborough office from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.   To sign up, please call the office at 215-685-2547. Pre-registration is required.

Also on March 22 from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. Jones' office will have representatives from the Philadelphia Fire Department signing up individuals for a free 10-year lithium battery smoke detector. This will just be the sign up. The fire department will install the detectors at a later date. No pre-regisration is necessary.
