Boy Scouts can work toward the environmental science merit badge in a two-part program at The Schuylkill Center in Roxborough. Scouts will utilized a workbook to guide them through experiments and take-home exercises. The program allows for all requirements to be met to earn the merit badge—which is needed to become an Eagle Scout. A merit badge counselor leads these programs and can sign the blue card at the end of the second session.
