Presented by the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, this Saturday morning tour will visit two new communities constructed to employ many environmentally-friendly technologies, like locally reclaimed lumber and masonry, dual flush toilets, tankless hot water heater, high efficiency dual zoned HVAC system, vegetative green roofs, geothermal heat and solar energy.
The tour will stop by a complex on Grape Street and Sheldon Street, and costs $20 to those not members of the group. Registration is required at the building council's website by Oct. 4.
