PA Horticultural Society Opens Manayunk Pop Up Garden

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA — The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society has opened its Pop Up Garden in Manayunk, offering a full food and beverage menu in a plant-filled setting.

The pop-up is located at 106 Jamestown Ave. and is open 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday, noon to midnight Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.

Guests will find signature and classic cocktails, a slew of beers, wines, and non alcoholic beverages at the pop-up. See the full drink menu here.

Additionally, the food menu features soft pretzels, fries, burgers, sausage, and vegan and vegetarian options. See the full food menu here.

Manayunk will plant several new street trees this year, as well as incorporate 2022 PHS Gold Medal Plant winner, Acer freemanii, ‘Autumn Blaze’ to the garden’s plant and floral design palette

The pop-up will also have a full roster of events and programming beginning in April.

Visitors can participate in group events to connect with gardening and one another, such as a plant swap, or a giveaway event to receive PHS’s 2022 Gold Medal Plants, summer bulbs, or even a botanical cocktail.

Walk-ins are encouraged, but parties of 10 to 20 people can make reservations through Resy.
