ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — New health safety grades for hospitals have been released by The Leapfrog Group, and Roxborough Memorial Hospital has held onto its most recent safety grade.
According to Leapfrog's Fall 2022 Hospital Safety Grades report, Roxborough Memorial Hospital was graded B.
In spring, it earned a B as well.

Back in fall 2021, the facility earned an A grade.
According to Leapfrog, Roxborough Memorial Hospital performs above average in several fields, including blood infections, dangerous objects lefts in surgical patients' bodies, patient falls and injuries, and enough qualified nurses.
