Sewickley Christmas Tree Suppliers Open for Business
Local tree lots are up and running around the area. Here's where to find that perfect tree.
Before the decorating can begin, there is the task of selecting the perfect Christmas tree. Whether you plan to buy one this weekend or sometime closer to Dec. 25, there are plenty of local places to pick up the right tree.
Robinson's Home and Garden is selling several types of Christmas trees, including Fraser fir and Bluce Spruce. Fresh evergreen wreaths and decorations also available. Store hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.Â
Al's Tree Land, at the corner of Thorn and Chestnut streets carries Douglas Fir and Fraser, both large and small. Al's Tree Land is a 43-year neighborhood tradition open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. They plan to be open later tonight for Light Up Night.Â

Reilly's Summer Seat Farm & Garden Center has premium cut trees in all sizes on its tree lot. Available are Blue Spruce, Fraser and Douglas Fir, as well as poinsettias and fresh evergreen wreaths. December hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday; and 10 a.m. to 8  p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.Â
Do It Best Home Center in Ambridge offers a choice of live trees like Blue Spruce and Fraser Fir or a range of artificial, pre-lit and LED trees. Store hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
