Spring Into Spring At Springfield Mall With Seasonal Events

SPRINGFIELD, PA — The Springfield Mall is getting into the season by hosting several springtime events soon.

PREIT, owner of the mall, announced a slew of family friendly event for the spring, including a tea part and photos with the bunny.

"We're so excited to welcome back the Bunny, Alice in Wonderland characters, and more to celebrate the start of spring with the Philadelphia community," said Lisa Pellicciotta, Vice President of Marketing at PREIT "Our spring events and experiences offer something special for all ages, and provide a memorable way to celebrate this time of year while also shopping, dining, and playing at our properties."

On Saturday, the mall will host a Mad Hatter Tea Party from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Family pet photo opportunities are available from noon to 8 p.m. every Monday from March 13 through April 3.

Feathered, whiskered and hoofed pets are all welcome, as long as they are kept on a leash or in a crate at all times.

Digital photo packages are available with options to purchase prints.

Reservations are strongly recommended, but not required.

Below is the bunny family photo schedule:

• Monday though Friday: noon to 8 p.m.
  • Daily break times: 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
• Saturday: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Daily break times: 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Sunday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Daily break times: 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
• Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Daily break times: 3 p.m.to 4 p.m.
