Children's Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP)

Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) changes lives by providing scholarship funding for Philadelphia families to choose a tuition-based school that meets their student’s educational needs. CSFP is the largest and most diverse provider of K-8th scholarship support in Pennsylvania, focusing on the highest-need students in the lowest-achieving schools in the city. During the 2025-26 school year, CSFP awarded more than 6,800 scholarships for K-8th grade students enrolled at nearly 150 area tuition-based schools. SPRINGFIELD, PA—The Springfield Police Department is asking the public's help in identifying a man wanted for recent thefts in the township. Officers said they've taken several theft from vehicle reports within the past week. The thefts have occurred in the early morning hours throughout the township, police said. The suspect appears to be a white man of average build with short, dark hair and a beard. He was seen wearing a dark baseball cap and dark T-shirt. Contact the Springfield Police Department at 610-554-5507 if you can help identify the suspect. All tips will remain anonymous.
