The deadline for completing the quesionaire is May 10.

Dear Springfield School District Parents and Guardians,
 The Springfield School District is soliciting your opinions about important educational services provided to students and their families. Springfield continually strives to improve the quality of educational services provided; your input can help us achieve this important goal.
Please take a few minutes and complete this online questionnaire at this link:www.ssdcougars.org/parentsurvey

Please refer to the letter you received in the mail for the password.
All responses are confidential, anonymous and will be statistically analyzed. Parents or legal guardians are encouraged to complete this questionnaire online, one-time, by Friday, May 10, 2013.
