Where To Vote In Delaware County In The Primary Election

Polls will open at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16 and close at 8 p.m. See where to cast your ballot in Delaware County here.

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — The 2023 Primary Election is nearly here.

And Delaware County residents need to know where they will cast their ballots.

Voters can use several tools to find their polling places in Delaware County.

Voters can look up their polling places using this tool from the state.

There are several new polling places in Delaware County.

They are:

  • Collingdale 1, Harris Elementary School, 501 Sharon Ave
  • Collingdale 2, Harris Elementary School, 501 Sharon Ave
  • Eddystone North, Eddystone Elementary School, 1400 E 9th St
  • Eddystone South, Eddystone Elementary School, 1400 E 9th St
  • Nether Providence 4-1, Media (ACME) Shopping Center, 515 E Baltimore Pike
  • Nether Providence 4-2, Media (ACME) Shopping Center, 515 E Baltimore Pike
  • Tinicum 4, Tinicum Fire Co #48, 99 Wanamaker Ave
  • Upper Darby 2-7, Primos Secane Fire Co (REAR ENTRANCE), 1005 Secane Ave
  • Upper Darby 7-02, Upper Darby Municipal Bldg, 100 Garrett Rd
  • Upper Providence 2, Rose Tree Elementary School, 1101 First Avenue
  • Radnor 7-2, St John's AME Church, 930 Conestoga Rd (new name, same address)

All Delaware County voters will vote using paper ballots.

Most voters will hand-mark their ballots, while some voters — including disabled voters who do not have the ability to cast a hand-marked paper ballot — will use the Hart Verity Touch Writer to mark their ballot.

Delaware County registered voters can also cast their vote-by-mail ballot in-person at the Bureau of Elections’ Voter Service Center at the Government Center Building in Media.

Anyone with concerns regarding voting irregularities can call the Delaware County Election Hotline at 610-891-VOTE.

The hotline will be accessible from 7 a.m. to midnight on Election Day.

Voters who witness what they believe to be criminal activity are asked to call the Delaware
County District Attorney’s office at 610-891-4192.
