State College Man Sentenced To 30 Years In Prison For Production Of Child Pornography (einpresswire.com) — A 30-year-old State College man has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for producing child pornography involving toddlers he accessed while posing as a babysitter. Federal and State College police investigators uncovered numerous abusive images and videos, and prosecutors pursued the case under the nationwide Project Safe Childhood initiative.

Police: Drunk Driver Damaged Cars Near State College, Kicked ER Nurse in the Head (statecollege.com) — A State College police officer arrested a Blair County woman late Saturday after a heavily damaged SUV was seen on Oakwood Avenue in College Township, where several parked cars and other property were hit. Police say she later became combative at Mount Nittany Medical Center, where a nurse was kicked in the head. The woman faces DUI, aggravated assault, and related charges.
