Chester County District Attorney Thomas Hogan along with First Assistant DA Michael Noone and Chester County Prosecutor Ryan Borchik recently presented a program on Bullying and Harassment to Devon Prep Upper School students.

Mr. Borchik urged the students not to put themselves in situations where mistakes can be made, especially as they go off to college where they will have more freedom. Mr. Noone agreed, explaining that “an arrest record will follow you for the rest of your life.” He urged the young men to ask themselves, “Am I putting myself in the best situations to capitalize on the benefits I already have?”
After their presentation the three attorneys answered questions from the audience and later took the time to speak with students individually.
